You agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, complete, and current.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rj77 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify rj77 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. rj77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
rj77 reserves the right to require identity verification ("KYC") documentation at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Processing of withdrawals may be suspended pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
All deposits on the rj77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). rj77 supports the following deposit methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are specified on the rj77 cashier page. rj77 reserves the right to modify supported payment methods at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rj77, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the rj77 Platform.
rj77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your rj77 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits rj77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by rj77's own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
